This is a 15 pin vga sub d cable you can find them at most commercial outlets or at any mom and pop computer repair service center, you can also look at new egg or ebay for just this type of cable.

The color is way off on my 17th inch StarLogic monitor, the green looks yellow, manually adjusting it does nothing.

Sometimes I find the video cable becomes defective, "sub another if both ends detach" next hook a spare monitor the the computer to make sure the colors are balanced, if yes! your Star Logic monitor is the problem and not cost effective to repair, because the main board is mounted to the back of the screen and processes the video signal, cheaper to replace. Now! if the spare monitor shows the same problem, the Video Graphics Card in the computer is the issue.

I have starlogic 17' monitor it just stopped working no power at all no lights ,,,nothing

Check the power cord, make sure it is firmly connected to the mains outlet and in the monitor. The power cord maybe faulty. try a different power cord,
If this doesn't work then the fault is in the monitor, most likely the power supply circuit.
I don't know this make and model, but it may have a blown fuse. If you are not an electronic savy person, I would advise you NOT to try to fix this problem, as there dangerous voltages in the monitor.
The cost of a repair maybe too high, I suggest you put your money towards a new LCD monitor.

bad vga board however you can open it up and see if the capactors are blown replacing them may solve this problem however when an LCD monitor goes white typically it is the microchip that has gone bad so I sell the monitor for parts and buy a new one.

The cord is bad on my montior

After looking at several websites, I have to conclude that Star Logic is a marketing name, not a manufacturer.

Check the label on your units for an FCC ID number, go to this site:

Unfortunately, the pace of importation from the Orient is so frantic, many items (and makers) don't bother to seek FCC approval so you may not find a number.

If your monitor is listed, you may find who made or imported it so you have shot at getting what you need.

May be your video in the computer that trouble you.
Try changing the video card and see the result. If it is still the same that mean your video card in the LCD is the problem.
