I am having problems with ie being very slow as well as problems sending attachments in my e-mails. I use Yahoo, Hotmail and Peoplepc. I have downloaded other browsers only to get DLL messages when the downloads complete. I also cannot download certain screensavers as I get missing DLL error messages. What can I do?

Re: Browser problems with win98
Your operating system is corrupted it seems. You could pay for someone to fix the DLL errors, but I prefer to reinstall the operating system personally, since it helps restore the system to a like-new condition. Computer repair can be expensive and time consuming.

There is a final possibility. Yahoo mail changes and your browser will not work correctly if it is out of date. With IE click Tools and Windows Update to update the browser. The mail might be there and you just cannot see it. Lets hope....
That depends on the mail program you're using. Most of them have the capability to attach files to your message. Select that function, and you'll probably get a file browser which will let you select the picture(s) you want to send.
If this isn't enough, you might wish to repost this question in a computer/email area of FixYa and specify the mail program you're using.
We need more info. What program are you using for email? Outlook? Outlook Express? Hotmail? Most of the time all you have to do is open a new email and click on ATTACH above in HOTMAIL and another window will open and may be where your pictures are, but if not, you will have to go to the directory where the picture you want to send is and click on the title and click on the window where it says open and it will attach it and if you already added the (to) address and the text you only have to click send.
