I inadvertently download a HD file for my ultra and now it will not allow me to download the proper file.I get nothing on the display panel but EEEE.
It dose not seem to be able to read the flash drive.Any info would be great

The viewsat ultra is not hd you cannot download a hd file on there .You need to install a factory bin then new fix on file viewsat ultra not hd.
