Question about Ricoh Aficio 1035 Copier
What is error code SC726?
Finisher 1 tray lift motor error.
It should be looked at by a technician to see if the sensor or motor needs to be replaced.
If you want to use the machine for now and bypass the error. Turn the power off on the copier. locate the finisher cable in the back of the machine. Pinch and release the cable and turn the power back on.

Tray shift does not finish within the
specified time after the shift motor
turned on, or the stack height sensor
does not activate within the specified
time after the shift tray lift motor turned
Shift motor defective or overloaded
Shift tray lift motor defective or
Inspect that the tray of exit this in its position. Sometimes the plastic supports become broken and it does not touch the sensor of race aim.

SC726: Finisher Shift/Lift Motor Error
1) Tray shift does not finish within a certain time after the shift motor turned on.
2) The stack height sensor does not activate within a certain time after the shift
tray lift motor turned on.
• Shift motor defective
• Shift tray lift motor defective
This is a problem with the finisher shift motor normally.
