Chef's mark countertop convection oven Model #KA-6106 owner's manual

I was given this by my neighbor who no longer used it, but she did not have the owner's manual/instruction manual for it. Where can I get one?

Hi hope you still visit this site...I own this convection oven and have the manuel...It is 37 pages,but cooking with this thing...It is important to remember to pre heat every time (IT never says how long)...and RULE 2 almost always use the low rack...The  High rack is for cooking two dishes at once..#3  small things or spices can get blown into the they need to cook on the top part of the high rack...I could copy my booklet and send it to you,but you are still going to have to learn to cook with it and adjust everything...It will heat up your kitchen some,also...Gets very hot...But the clean up is pretty easy. Mine has a wash cycle in it...Occasionally I unscrew the screen and clean it up if it has become soiled...I think it is the same thing as Mr T's Flavorwave.altho ours does not say infared.  Ya'll can email me at you can see MrT's at and click on flavorwave oven turbo??     OK I read in the manuel...Kinda like a waffle iron(ru old enough to remember these?) well,preheat and when temp is reached the lite will go off...I will bet frozen steak and chicken can be cooked in this oven if cooked at a low temp,say 250...The manuel says the generally the cooking temperatures are the same as regular oven temps...You can cook baked chicken on the lower rack IF you use two sheets or heavy duty foil..It will come out dry with only one layer of reg foil...

      I want to say if you want to roast a whole chicken...mine always come out scrumptious in this cooker..If the top begins to get too done,just place a foil tent over the top...We used to do that with Turkey in the oven to prevent burning.

    HI, I use that thing in my propane grill sometimes, glad i saved it…Its ventalated for steaming

    well, sorry I didnt see this earlier, but It's vented for steaming. I still use mine outside on the propane grill,when i want to grill veggies or something that might fall through…It is still in perfect condition…

Cooking at low temps results in better taste for most things. As far as cool down goes I would have no idea.

Yes, you can use the stoneware in your gas oven. I am using mine right now in my Convection Oven baking at 400 degrees. I use mine quite often in the oven for baked beaks, then transfer to my Crockpot.

just remember with a convection oven turn down the temp 25 degrees on any dish that is cooked in a normal oven .....norm 350...convection 325...and so on! it will brown nice and keep the juices in!
