Telephone number 844-651-8892 is telling me that I have a virus or infection on my computer. Do you know anything about this toll free number

It is a well known scam. Ignore it. It is called 'Ransomeware'. You have no virus and nothing wrong with your computer. If they phone again, just tell them you don't own a computer. They hate that :>)

1991 mitsubishi mighty max 2.4 has no injector pulse why?

It could be that your crank sensor is bad or your ecm. your crank sensor sends a small amount of voltage to your computer telling it that you are trying to start your engine the computer in turn sends a signal to the injectors telling them to pulsate because you are trying to start the engine but if your crank sensor is bad and sends no voltage signal to your computer your computer doesn't know you are trying to start your engine therefore it doesn't send the signal to your injectors telling them to pulsate. If your crank sensor is sending a signal to your computer then your computer is not sending the signal to your injectors more likely a grounding issue through the computer I have seen this before let me know how it goes.

If the battery is unhooked for i5 minutes and the engine needs to relearn how to idle, how will it relearn?

This is a difficult question to answer in a short manner. The engine uses about a half a dozen sensors to sense how the engine is running.
The throttle positioning sensor tells the computer where the accelerator pedal is, the Map sensor tells the computer how much pressure is in the intake manifold. The MAS ( mass air flow sensor) tells the computer how much air is moving through the intake tube, and the coolant sensors determine engine temp and send this to the computer to aide in idle speed whether it's hot or cold out.
Then you have the 02 sensor which tells the computer how much oxygen is being sent out the exhaust. And lastly the idle air controller, this is what makes the car idle and is influenced buy the other sensors and computer to tell the engine to idle at the factory 700-850 rpm's when warm or 1000-1300 rpm's when extremely cold.
The engine doesn't really relearn it just simply has to read all the sensors again after a reset ( battery disconnect) to go back to the computers default idle speed.
I hope this has in someway explained the way in which the computer and all it's sensors work to help idle the vehicle.

Can start the car in the morning, can start the car at night, when I get off of work, but if I stop at a store,(maybe 15-20 minitues after) and I turn off the engine, it won't start. I have full power. But...

Check the Coolant Temperature Sensor - might be defective (lies to the computer ECM). You see, the coolant temperature sensor tells the ECM (computer) what the engine temperature is... if it's defective (telling the computer that the temp is -40 deg, then the computer will raise the fuel mixture for that temp. If, for example, the sensor is telling the computer that the temp is 200 deg, then the computer will 'LEAN' the fuel mixture.. get my meaning?
