Press and hold the Source and Preset 2 buttons (shown below) on the top of your Pure-FiAnytime for 5-10 seconds.
NOTE: The reset procedure will restore the Pure-FiAnytime to factory defaults and all presets will be cleared.
the two connecting pins have been flattened probably due to putting the power pins on and off. i carefully squeezed the pins up so they would make a better connection. remember to do this gently and they only need to be repositioned up wards slightly to make this connection. mine works a treat now charges the speakers and my ipod. cheers deb
I was having the same problem but I seemed to solve it by having the laptop volume maxed and using the dock to control volume. I think that it has a sleep function where if it is not getting a signal it powers off and for some reason the laptop isn't putting out a strong enough signal to keep it awake. Maxing the laptop volume seems to give it a constant enough signal so that the problem went away.
