Panasonic KX-TG6521EB where is the ok button - Panasonic KX-TG9344T 1.9 GHz Quad 1-Line Cordless Phone

The KX-TGA401C handset works with the KX-TG401x, KX-TG403X and KX-TG651x phone systems among others. If you have the appropriate base, see the suggestions below.

Does your handset read Ringer Off? Try setting the ringer volume. With the phone system in standby (no calls in or out for any handset), press Menu. Navigate using the Up/Down arrows to Initial Settings. Press Menu/OK. Navigate to Ringer Settings and press OK. Press OK again to enter the Ringer Volume sub-menu. Use the Up/Down arrows to set the ringer volume and press OK to save. Press Off to exit the menu system.

The other possibility is that the handset is not registered to the base. Note: only 6 handsets can be registered to the base. If you previously registered 6 handsets, you need to deregister some of them.
To register the handset, hold the handset near the base since you will need to press buttons on both. Press Menu on the handset and navigate to and enter Initial Settings. Navigate to Registration and press OK. Navigate to HS Registration and press OK. On the base, press and hold the Locator button for 5 seconds and the registration tone sounds. Press OK on the handset you are trying to register. If all the registered handsets start ringing, you triggered the Locate handset function. Press the Locator button again. Then do the press and hold step again. Only press OK on the handset when you hear the registration tone.

(You can't register a handset to an incompatible base. The communication protocols don't work.)

KX-TGA402C is the included handset for a Panasonic cordless phone system like the KX-TG4011C. You should be able to adjust the ringer volume from the Initial Settings menu. With the phone system in standby, press Menu on one handset. Use the Up/Down arrows to locate the Initial Settings. Press OK. Then select Ringer settings and press OK. Select Ringer Volume and press OK. Use the Up/Down arrows to set the desired Ringer volume and press OK to save. Press Exit to leave the menu system. Alternatively, you can adjust the ringer volume by pressing the Volume Up/Down buttons while the phone is ringing.

If the above steps aren't working, check that your handset and phone base are properly paired (registered handset). Also check that the base has power and connected to a working phone line. Also make sure that the handset is fully charged.

Which part of the manual is not clear?

You press the MENU/OK button, use up/down-arrow to select "Handset Setup" and press MENU/OK, use up/down-arrow to select "Ringer Setup" and press MENU/OK, use up/down-arrow to select "Ringer Volume" and press MENU/OK, use up/down-arrow to select the desired volume and press MENU/OK.

To program the volume level of the handset, press the MENU button, then use the up or down arrow buttons to navigate to the HANDSET SETTING menu and press OK. Again using the up or down arrow buttons navigate to the RINGER SETTINGS submenu and press OK. Using the up or down arrow buttons navigate to the RINGER VOLUME submenu and press OK. Use the up or down arrow buttons to select the desired volume level and press OK. Press OFF to end. I have included a link where you can download the manual if you need it.

Did you figure this out? I can't connect my phone to base either there is no ok button

I think from what I remember, you have to locate the power button and press and hold until it comes on. the same if you need to turn it off.

press function, initial setting, registration, deregistration, enter 335(deL) and then press Ok (right button on screen).
Once that is done press mute on the base unit and Ok on the hanset (right button on sreen)

Press the redial button (the one you describe).
Press the OK button, it will display "Erase"
Press OK again, it will displa "Erase? Yes, No.
Scroll to Yes and press OK again.

press function button on handset, scroll to initial setting, select by pressing right arrow, scroll to registration, select, select hs registration, follow directions on handset display, pressing mute on "new" base station, and ok on handset(plugged in). If you like, you can unregister with the "old" base unit first.
