Its a motherboard replacement for your laptop vgnair. i recommend you call Lenovo hardware support. What they will do is to send your laptop to depot for mother board replacement.

Acer laptop display goes off after some second

Try booting into safe mode. Chances are that you have set the screen resolution and refresh rate to some value that the LCD cannot handle. That is why it works until Windows takes over. Once you are in Safe Mode you can get things under control.

Press the ON/OFF button (to drain any residual voltage).

Instead of "resuming Windows", it should show the normal Windows startup.

My Lenovo Y430 having problem after the power was cut off, I can not turn on the laptop, when I press the power button, not thing happen and when I plug the power cord in to my laptop, the power LED is not...

It seems that you laptop did not have the battery back up when the power was cut assuming that the battery was not charged or bad.
If so the laptop has crashed with a sudden cut off and could have damaged the hard disk in the PC.
If the set does not boot up even if the back up bios battery is good, then the possibility of the hard disk being faulty is high.

Lenovo - Y430 - I turn on the computer, all the orange lights (of the icons on the top row) turn on, the fans turn on, and the two blue lights showing battery power and ON-state also turn on. There's...

Please follow the diagnosis outlined in this article to check whether the backlight lamp or the inverter board are the root cause of the problem or not:
http://www.fixya.com/support/r6430776-troubleshooting_laptop_power_failures

If you connect the external monitor & nothing is displayed on it, then this means that both the backlight lamp & the inverter board are fine. The main indicators in these cases are the sound, and the hard drive LED on the laptop case. If the laptop sounds just like it always does for a minute or two after being turned on, it means it's going ahead and booting the operating system, but the video processor or part of the motherboard circuit for video output has failed. If the laptop just sits there and beeps when you turn it on, or if you hear the fan but not the hard drive chuckling with its active LED flashing away, it means the laptop isn't getting as far as trying to boot the operating system. While this could be due to any number of hardware problems, the most common and easiest to
troubleshoot or repair is RAM failure. If your laptop has two RAM modules installed, try booting with just one and then the other in the primary slot. If your laptop only has one RAM module, you might consider buying one online from a site with a good memory selector, like Crucial.com
