Phillips Model #30PF9946D/37 flat screen loses picture (not sound) and must be turned off, then back on to return. This can happen multiple times before it will stay on. Have followed trouble shooting tips in manual, especially cable connections and HDMI setting. No luck. Any suggestions that won't cost as much as the tv?
