May be the high voltage lead(s) have popped off of one of the pix tubes...the flyback(HV) transformer may be defective....you can remove the rear cover and look to see what is arcing..be very careful as the voltage may be as high as 25000 Volts...if one of the anode caps has popped off, then you will first need to use an insulated screwdriver that is grounded to the chassis through one of those alligator clip jumper leads..this process will discharge the unit to make it safe to work on the HV components...then you will need to pop the anode cap back onto the tube making sure it has a good tight fit...if the problem is elsewhere, you will need to call the serviceman for repairs
