Please help me. When i receive a picture through text, when i go to download it it always says download failed. What can i do?

Same problem as previous. Also can not connect to the internet.

ApprenticeI'm not sure about your internet issue, I havn't tried to go online with my phone yet, however I have had to solve the image download problem.
On your "desktop" or "home screen", whatever, select the icon for your little bars of service in the top left. A menu will open, "Device Status". It will display Battery life, Antenna on or off, GPRS enable or disable, as well as some other options. Turning GPRS to "Enable" will allow you to download your content!
