Question about Televison & Video
Before you do anything check if the lamp looks ok visually.
Soon after putting power ,you should hear the color wheel spinning at high speed then the ballast should start the lamp.If the lamp still does not light then check the 300 volts dc at the ballast.If is missing check power supply.if color wheel is spinning and 300 volts at the ballast is ok but the lamp does not light up then the problem may easily be the lamp.
Note - If the problem is other than the ballast or the lamp then the repair would be very expensive.check the above first and if necessery contact me again.

The lamp is bad or if you replaced the lamp... make sure you have the door in-place... the is a door switch and if you don't have the door closed well the lamp won't come on
