Our new JX 200 will receive faxes. It will also send faxes. But will not do both! This is a doctor's surgery and it is most important that this machine works properly.

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Press MENU and # - this is service mode.Find CLEAR, and OK, then select clear ALL. After that fax returns to factory sett. You will need to reenter your settings, but it should work.
Press the on / off button once, this will enable auto print to on. If you press and hold the on / off button, this will power down the JX-200. Reference page 32 in your Users Guide.
Make sure you are plugging the line from the wall into the "L" (line) port on the machine. The port with the telephone icon is for an extension phone or an answering machine.
