Question about Cosco First Ride Deluxe
The vidios that you gave me do not address the problem of re-threading the car seat straps.

Here is the link to the online manual for the 2007 Perego Car Seats. give it a few seconds to load. It will be a white page while it loads.
Follow the remove instructions in reverse. It is difficult to describe, but the pictures are very helpful.

My son has special needs so I must wash his seat often. I can not remember how to put the straps locks back so...
First, whenever I wash the car seat cover, I rethread the straps immediately. I only unhook one at a time and look at the one that is still threaded to see how to re hook the one I am working on.
Since you can't do that at this point, I suggest going to a store that sells car seats, look at how the straps are hooked and if you have a picture phone - take a photo!

Your not suppose to wash the cover...as bad as it sounds you are suppose to spot clean only... after you remove the cover their not safe any more.
