Check the front of the loading tray you should see a small pin hole, use a fine screwdriver or a needle push in until you hear a click, the tray should pop open. Pull the loading door all the way out, now look under the loader you should see a small black loading belt, check to make sure it is snug and check for de-brie. If at this point it won't work it is time to replace the DVD driver with a new one.
I Have the same computer and the same problem except i cannot for the life of me find the hole! every forum suggests using the hole, but i am the only one who can't find it? HELP PLEASE!!
This is a very small pin hole, look carefully on the front of the loading tray it will be there, take a magnifier handpiece if needed to see it.

Whether you use your DVD drive to install software, make backups of your personal files or watch movies, having that drive onboard makes your computer more useful and more versatile.
While DVD drives function normally most of the time, sometimes a DVD will become stuck in the drive, and the tray will refuse to open.
Knowing what steps to take to resolve the situation allows you to start enjoying the advantages of the DVD drive again.
Log on to your computer and click the "Start" button. Choose "Shut down" from the menu and then choose "Restart." Wait for the computer to restart, then press the eject button repeatedly.
Remove the DVD if the drive pops out.
Since there is no hole skip this and go to cleaning the lens.
Shine a flashlight on the DVD tray and locate the small hole near the eject button.
This is the bypass hole and it allows you to eject a DVD when it becomes stuck.
Insert an unbent paper clip into the hole and push it in until you hear the DVD begin to spin. Push the paper clip in until the drive pops out.
Remove the DVD and insert another one.
Use the bypass hole again if the new DVD becomes stuck.
If the new DVD sticks as well, you need to clean the laser lens on the DVD drive.
Insert a laser lens cleaning DVD and close the tray.
Run the laser lens cleaning program at least three or four times to make sure the lens receives a thorough cleaning.
Restart your computer and insert a DVD to test the unit.
