Buzzing noise from DKC645BLS

My unit has recently started making a buzzing noise from the right hand side by the top by some sensor. When I tap on the outside of the unit it quits making the noise. The unit cools fine regardless of the noise, it's just annoying. Do you have any ideas?

Brad.

The small fan on the inside of the unit is making a loud buzzing noise when running. Can I replace this fan myself and where can I get parts?

I am running into the same problem. I know for certain that my buzzing noize IS the fan on the inside (upper right) and was wondering where to go to find a replacement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks to all.

It sounds like i have the same problem, it sounds similar to a leaf blower being used next door. Is that the same sound you guys are hearing?

It's the fan that moves the air around inside to aid in circulation. Call danby and ask to buy it. It shpuldn't be very expensive at all.

My Quartz heater is making a buzzing noise, what could that be?

The buzzing noise was coming from the back of hte unit on the lower left side. It may have been a "stuck" switch & tapping on the side seemed to fix it.

Buzzing/fizzing noise from back of sony flat screen tv

Below is an image of rear side of your TV, Sony KDL-40W5500
Top right corner is marked there and possible cause of noise seems back light inverter board, there are high voltage going to CCFL inside LCD panel and seems high voltage leakage causing that buzzing/ fuzzing noise.

Replace back light inverter board upon voltage leakage confirmation.
Thanks.

I have recently acquired a old Denon AVR3801 Home cinema Receiver. I have plugged it all up and switched it on, but although the system seems to work quite nicely, the amp itself makes a buzzing/humming...

The solution of leaving the thing on all the time would certainly work, but most of the time a buzzing sound inside a relatively robust audio amplifier is being caused by the huge transformer coil in the thing. Or wires that are in close proximity thereto.

In some ways, you're blessed that the buzzing is coming from the unit itself, and not through the loudspeakers.

Re:- the buzzing behind the dash:-
Its tiny a fan which carries on running in humid conditions to circulate the air so you dont get blasted by warm air when you use your climate control. It circulates air across the humidity sensor. It keeps running for a while after you switch off, and starts again when you open a door. It does this so that there is less delay in getting the climate control to the right setting when you switch on (or restart).

Loud buzzing noise from inside Jenn Air 2389G fridge

i don't know jennair specifically being from england.
however, there is often a fan inside the back panel and the noise you heard was the fan hitting ice. the reason now not heard and fridge not working may be that the ice has built up so much the fan is jammed

Loud buzzing after heating up

the buzzing is normal.  there is an element inside the quartz tube much like a filament in a light bulb.  as this heats up it starts to move.  where you have electrical energy you also have magnetism produced. metal objects vibrate when they are in or within a magnetic field. the element is tungsten wire and vibrates off this magnetic field.
