You must have activated the call divert function or maybe your line is currently invalid from your network and so any incoming call is forwarded to voice-mail so your callers can leave you a message pending when you come back on. to solve this, you have to go to settings and then call settings. From here, you must deactivate the divert all calls to voice-mail function. This would enable your calls to come straight to your phone and not to go to voice-mail. If you are having problems doing this, you can call your customer care service and ask them for further assistance. Hope this helped?

On the side panel of your phone their is volume key button for increasing or decreasing voice check weather it is not too much low by increasing the volume
you can also check your phone speaker by recording your own voice in , just find this icon in your main menu Record your own voice and listen if you are getting your voice clear. or play any ring-tone if your listening any sound from the speaker that mean your speaker is okey.
