Covers with locks are made for thermostats mounted in public places. Anyplace that sells thermostats should be able to obtain one for you. After you lock the cover over the thermostat make sure you put it in a place where it, the key can be found.

I have split ac But The problem is as i on Ac The compressor to Starts with it Sudden.

Usually, there is a delay timer in the thermostat system to prevent overloading compressor by multiple on-off by changing thermostat settings or power failure and back on. If that delay timer is bypassed, it will shorten the life of the compressor. If the delay timer is not functioning properly usually it will stop any start of the compressor and you will need a ACND technician to replace it.

Fan won't stop even when thermostat removed.

If you have a digital thermostat. You should first check the programmed settings. Most probable cause is the main relay. First you need to disconnect the power from the system. This can be done by flipping the circuit breaker. Make absolutely sure that the power is off before removing the service panel. The main relay is probably located at the air handler. (Big metal box near where you change your filter.) Remove the service panel and locate the relay. It will look like a plactic box with 4 or more wires connected to it through the controller. Once located, tap on it gently with the handle of a screw driver. Replace the panel and restore power to the system. Make sure everything is turned off before restoring power. If that works then you will want to contact a reputable HVAC shop to replace the relay.

Cannot turn backlight off on actronair controller lm24

It should be in the installation instruction parameter settings...you need the manual to do this...generally you press 2 buttons @ the same time to access ie fan & up arrow. Just don't change anything unless you know what you are changing. Should be able to download installation instructions...need to know your model tstat.

Compressor will not stop running

There has to be a stat or switch or controller of some kind on the rv. I would check that first. If you have a battery operated stat then try changing the batts, otherwise it could be the contactor on the unit or a bad stat.

Fujitsu remote control settings

Prior to operating an air conditioner below 68 degF, a capacity control (such as a hot gas bypass) should be added to protect the system from imminent compressor failures. Running the system at low temperatures will result is refrigerant floodback to the compressor. Refrigerant floodback will surely damage the compressor in one of two ways.........the compressor valves will be damaged due to pumping liquid rather than gas OR the compressor will lock up due to the liquid refrigerant will wash out all of the oil in the crankcase. Your customer will be well advised to have a capacity controller installed to the system to avoid multiple failures of the compressor and potential loss of the wines they are trying to preserve. :-)

The units were set up as master/slave by removing a jumper on the indoor board of the 0V unit. The CENTRALISED CONTROLLER display was removed by changing one of the indoor boards dipswitch settings.
