Question about Coby MP-C844 (256 MB) MP3 Player
One day I noticed that the 'arrow' button gets stuck. When I press it, it wouldn't come back up. Maybe I have pressed it too hard. But every time i tried to switch to a new song, it either changes it or goes into fast forward. If I shake the mp3 player or try to move it, it would change songs for itself. What can i do to get the button to unstick?

You need to do the following steps: 1. While the song is playing, press and hold the joystick button. A screen will pop up. 2. Select 'Favorite (+)'. Once you do this, you should be able to see the song in your 'Favorites' folder.

in order to help you illl need more information, like what programs are you using to download and convert them into your mp3 player? i use rhapsody, because when i used to use windows media player it would give me the same problems you seem to be having. P.s. my e250 screen is broken v.t it was the only thing holding my entire colection of kick ass songs, most of which are irreplaceable due to undownloadableness. i could kill myself
