My xerox pheser 3100 mfp is not working properly. the machine is in warranty period. I want know where to log a complaint ?


If it's under warranty, it is up to the manufacturer to service the machine. Since I don't know what country you are in, I won't try to provide a link to Xerox's website since it may not be the right one. Start by checking your owner's manual for instructions on obtaining service. There will be contact information there. Or visit the Xerox site for your country where they will provide information about service and how to contact the company.

most possible cause is the Memory added above the 32MB base is failing. if thats how you have it setup.

Remove the additional memory module from the machine and test the machine. If the machine powers up and prints correctly this confirms the additional memory has failed. Insure the memory removed form the machine is the correct memory for this product and that it was installed correctly. Replace the defective memory if it is Xerox memory. If the memory was purchased by the customer and is not Xerox memory they will need to file a warranty claim with the company they purchased the memory from.

The display is blank


This model of printer has a known fault with the LCD panel.

Contact xerox in your country, who will arrange to have a replacement front panel sent out to you to install - eeven though it is out of warranty and at no charge

Xerox 6360 control panel blank


If your Xerox Phaser 6360 has either garbled characters, inverted or upside down display, or no display, the control panel is most likely bad and must be replaced. Here's a video on how to do it and where to get it. Hope it helps!

Xerox phaser 8550 - no lcd display. tried switching off and unplugging and restrating. No success.


I called and they are sending me a new one. The number I found for this is 877-571-7765 - You will need your serial number on the insude of the front flat - pull grey handle.
