If you pull the 'switch' on the side out a little and then roll it to either direction the pointers should move to that direction same with the date, thats common knowledge on how to adjust a watch is your model faulty or how is this made??

You pull the stem is it? out a little and then roll it to adjust the time. if this doesn't work you have not pulled it far out enough or you have pulled it out too much.
otherwise I think you have a faulty watch in your hands if thats now how to adjust the time.

- You can adjust the time as much as you want, it doesn't harm the watch in any way. unless done in a abusive way.Jul 14, 2008
