Question about Nokia e65 Cellular Phone

Malfunction hello i have a brand new nokia E65 and it sometimes displays all of a sudden that it is offline, then when i turn it offto refresh it then turn on again it sometimes displays..."Could not start up, please contact retailer" this is so frustrating....can u help??

This can be fix by:
1.software solution - first, try to re-flash or reprogrammed your phone. be sure to flash it with the new firmware version. See nokia service center.

2. hardware solution - this can be done by your service center personnel.

I have a Nokia E65. I recently took my sim out to put in another sim and when I put the new sim in i turned the phone on and it says its offline. I tried to switch the profile from offline to general but...


I had the same problem with Nokia E66. Just a problem of SIM card contact points. Slide a piece of paper on top of your SIM card and put SIM-card paper back in the slot. The contact points work again. R.

hi just select any other profile it will automatically deactivate offline mode

Nokia e65 stuck in offline mode.


step 1>switch off your phone and turn it on again
step2>you should get a respond <: continue in offline mode>: select no
finally, i believe that everything should be ok.
if it doesn't there is alternative 2???/////


ALTERNATIVE TWO: this is useful for those who got INSERT SIM CARD RESPONSE.

WHY INSERT SIM CARD PROBLEM ?
my phone is 1yr and 6 months now and i discovered that as you remove and replace your Sim card numerous times, there is a big possibility that Sim card port will get expanded.

SOLUTION is very simple:.>>:1. buy a black solo tape
2. place it at the outer part of the sim card and use blade to cut exactly the same shape as the sim card.
3. finally stick the tape.



WARNING>>?do not stick the tape on where you have the Sim card service sensors.make use of your brain.

ok u need to check ur wirin in the phone.......if the wirin is proper ....check ur battery condition.....and switch off ur cel phone for 5 mins and restart ....

E65 screen black out


try to check the sensor light on the upper left part and press it maybe its a little loose only....because i had the same problem a while ago and when i press the one connected to the sensor light.... a small brown board, it works properly...maybe yours is a little loose also....no need to pay try this one first....
