Batteries?

Is it dirty? These get dirty easily I clean mine with a wrung out windex wipe or a paper towel with a little windex on it. Do not get the mouse wet. Clean both sides of the mouse thoroughly and the surface that you use it on.

Driver: If your mouse still is not working, you driver may have become corrupted. You may need to reinstall the software that came with the mouse. If you no longer have the disc, you may be able to download the driver for it at he GE /Jasco site. You will need the model number of your mouse.

Good luck to you! Let me know if I can help any further.

GE Optical cordless mouse will not work. Have shut down computer, reconnected the USB to CPU (Receiver), pushed button on mouse. Red light blinks, but will not connect. What else can I do? Have lost...

I have a Logitech cordless mouse but had a problem recently. It fell on the ground and the batteries fell out. Put them back in, the mouse came back on but didn't work. Pushed the button on the mouse several times, no luck. The light at the receiver was always blinking whenever I pushed the button on the mouse, so I assumed that should work. After a few tries, I ended up pushing the button at the receiver and low and behold, the mouse was working again.
Have been using this mouse for years, had that problem only one.

Hope it helps.

Can't remember how to reset

You will need to press and hold the connect or reset button on the wireless mouse receiver that is plugged into your computer. While pressing that button also press the connect or reset button on the bottom of the actual mouse. The lights should blink indicating they are now connected and you should be good to go!
Please let me know if you have any further questions or problems.

Frozen Mouse

Sounds a though your blutooth has a problem. Open the control panel and look at your blutooth settings. You more than likely need to rediscover your mouse.

The keyboard and mouse both must be configured in order to work. Check on the top or bottom of the IR transmitter for a button that must be pushed. on the keyboard there are corrisponding buttons, these must also be pushed. do either keyboard or mouse first by pressing the controller button first and then the keyboard button, controller LED should blink to verify linkup. Repeat for mouse
