I checked the manuals and I believe that the function you want is not available within the camera menus.  The date, time, and lots of other information is included within each file that holds individual pictures.  The software you use to view and edit pictures should show the information to you and may allow you to manually add the date to the picture.  I use Photoshop Elements 6 (Mac) and it will allow me to put the date and time on a picture.  You might consider adding the date and time to the name of the picture file if you want a quick reference to the date and time

How do you change a date and time on a photo showing the wrong date and time my camera is fuji finepix F10

If you're referring to the date stamp on the photo itself then yes but not easily. You'd have to edit the photo the same way as if changing someone's shirt from red to blue or putting different lettering on a road sign in the background.

Sony h7 show date on pcitures

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

I want the date to show on the picture, so when i transfer them to the computer the date is there and clearly showing

You can't display the date and time on the pictures of the digital cameras. The date and time is stored on the file information.
You will have to get some software to do this.
I am using Gena photo stamper to do this task.

Removing time and date

Unfortunately, the camera embeds the time and date into the image itself so once it is there the only way to remove it is with photo editing software. This would take some skill with the software to take out the time/date and make the photo look natural.

If you want to give this a go try the free software at getpaint.net. I suggest looking at the "clone stamp" feature and reading the manual on the help menu from inside the software so you know how to use it.
