We just got a new fridge from Frigidaire. It is a top freezer. Model # is FRT18KG3DWC. The freezer is working fine, but the fridge is not cool enough. At first we thought maybe we had to wait a few days for it to obtain the appropriate temperature, but it's been more than a month since we got it and it is barely cool. It has a large piece of styrofoam inside the area where the cold air is supposed to come from with just two small openings on either side. It seems to me that must be the problem but when I put my hand to see if the air coming out is cold it is barely cool. Help me, please!

Yes, we have the same problem and we bought ours a week ago. Ours is model number FRT18L4JB1. Freezer is fine, fridge is not keeping very cool, even at highest setting. We noticed the Styrofoam, too. What's the deal? you should call Frigidaire because you are in warranty...we will probably call them too, but let us know what they say
I have the Frigidaire model # FRT18KG3DWC the problem is with the temperatures increasing and decreasing. This is causing puddles to form under the refrigerator and out onto the kitchen floor.
