Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
The problem with the Xbox 360 is that it doesn't allow for manual repair. The best bet is to do it through their customer support, because if anything goes wrong, you are liable to pick up the fees. The customer support rep number is 1-800-4-myxbox. They will usually do the repair for free, unless your system has been error free for over 2 years. Repair runs from $ 50-150 if you haven't tried to fix it yourself. What you will need is the serial number (on the back of the xbox), the model of your xbox (pro, arcade, core, elite), your adress, phone number, name, etc. If they find it necessary to repair it, they will send you an empty box with instructions on how to mail it in. The box is prepaid for so you won't have to worry. Call the number on the box, and UPS will pick it up when you are available.
Hope it helps,

You might check out the Informative article at Ezinearticles.com to fix
the freezing problem as the article gives the information about a DIY
guide, (though i don't remember the name of the site) but you can check

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: xbox freezing
The freezing could very well mean that your consoles are heading for the 3 red light error. Call Microsoft and explain your situations, though I would say that the 3RD is on it's way. X-Clamp fix's work for these situations, xbox-scene have loads of tutorials on this or you could try my own 'pressure' fix http:/www.modelshop.4t.com
Please rate if at all useful, thanks!

Something tells me that there is a memory, GPU, or CPU problem or heat build up. Send it into Microsoft and it will take 4-6 weeks for them to send it back or they will give you a new one. Call and ask them for details.
