Hello am rico, it looks like you have bad lamp, or bad thermal sensor, go get and hold the buttons menu and input or device, it will blink and then pause and then will blink again check the blinking. like 2 pause 3 or 2 pause 2 for codes. if you need more help, feel free to call at anytime. 602-810-7149.

I have tried what you recommended. There is no power, and holding the menu/input buttons to go into diagnostics mode does nothing (no lights, no power, no change whatsoever).
Now what?
