Photo Keychain Won't Work

My son bought me a INNOVAGE Digital Photo Keychain. I read the manual, charged it, and did as the manual said. When I try to load pictures, I get an error message:
AppName photoviewer.exe App.Ver 2.4.1.5, ModName photoviewer.exe
ModVer:2.4.1.5 Offset: 00042fa2
Any ideas about how I can get this to work? He got it for me to carry pictures of my grandsons.

Found this on Yahoo.
1. Download the drivers from here: www.mscustomercare.com
2. Make sure the device is fully charged and not in charge mode.
3. Unzip and install the drivers with the device connected to your pc.
Try to see if that fixes the issue
