My daughter forgot her password to log into her lab top. How can we reset her password? Thank you

if you do not know her user name and password , that would be understandable
if you want to use it in your own right she will have to open an account for specially for you that only you will be able to access

Click forgot password. Enter the email you registered with when you signed up. You will be sent instructions on how to re-set your password.

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the little gear icon in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

My daughter lost her password to her kindle and I had to restore it to factory settings. I'm not familiar with the smart pads, but on the kindle where I would enter the password, it gave me the option to reset it. After she tried several attempts to log in with the wrong password she basically had no other choice but to reset it from what I read about them. Good luck.

Forgot aministrator password? You can use Smartkey Windows Password Recovery to reset administrator password, and you can see the detail direction from http://www.recoverlostpassword.com/products/windowspasswordrecovery.html

Assuming that you mean the Windows log in password, try using blank (none) as password (otherwise at the log on screen hit "enter"). If this doesn't work log on at the administrator's account. To do this if you can see the administrator's icon click on it and use blank (none) for password again. If you can't see the administrator's icon, hit ctrl+atl+del TWICE and type as user "administrator", blank (none) for password and hit enter. After you log on as administrator change your user's account as you wish and you are ready to go.

if you can log in, then go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>User Accounts. you should have options in there to remove passwords and then assign passwords.

Have her log out and see if you can sign in. If that does not work log out and click on the forgot password icon. If that does not work contact the facebook support staff and they can help you get wither your existing password back or help you get a new one so you can log on. If you want to reset your windows password first and save files, try booting in safe mode by tapping F8 durning start up and log onto safe mode. Then log onto administrator. Else insert your OS CD and reinstall it.
