Sky caddie sg 4 was installing new courses on unit then notice came up unit deactivated reactivate at skygolf.com cannot get to reactivate please advise

I'm not sure, I have set up my sky caddie, but too sure on how to use it, I had to pay to get the courses on it, not happy with this device at all, sorry I can't help

Resync and try again. If problem still exists go to skygolf chat line and they will assist you in the download.

Yes you can. Download caddiesyc from http://www.skygolf.com/membership/owners.aspx and you will be able to download more courses.

first you have to SYNC you're Sky Caddie, click this link: http://www.skygolf.com/gettingstarted/default.aspx then follow the instructions to install CaddySync Express

If your SkyGolf came with software, you should install it first. If you installed it and it does not work, go to the software and check for updates.
If that fails to work, UNINSTALL the program, and re-install it.
Make sure you DO NOT connect the device to the computer until the software is fully installed.
Check for updates after installation, and the reboot.
Then attach your device to the computer, and it should recognize it.
