it could probably caused by many reasons

- clogged toner that was sitting there for a while
- wrong toner installation orientation
- wrong toner compatibility

removed the newly installed toner and clean the unit that goes with it with a vacuum cleaner, be careful not to spill the toner onto your carpet, pls make sure that the toner you installed sits comfortable without any resistance or any signs of abnormality,
if it does then this may not be the right one for this.
