I download my music, extract the .rar files then take the new folder that has the.mp3s and ... Is there anything i can do to convert the songs to play with the MP3 player? .... This player is ruined by plugging it into a computer that runs either Windows Media Player 11 or Windows Vista. But, it was also manufactured in 2005, so the battery has been degrading over several years. Call Philips and see if you are still in-warranty - they don't have any more of these to give you, but they will exchange it for a newer model IF you saved your receipt.
