When I did a load of towels the other day, the buzzer kept going off when it reached the Spin cycle. I tried again, only to have this happen again. I unplugged the washer and let it sit, then tried again. Eventually, I un-loaded the washer and power vac-d the water out. The tub seemed off balance, and I noticed that 3 of the 4 springs that hold the tub in place were missing. I have only had this washer for 3 months, and it is brand new from Lowe's. I don't want to wait for them to schedule a repairman to come out. Where can I order the springs?

Without your model number I can't answer for sure, but for most models of f/p washers, this is the easiest way. First lift the lid and once it is straight up, pull it towards the cealing, it should slide straight up. On the right and left hand sides there are generally 2 "half moon" shaped peices of rubber. Pry these up with a small flat head screw driver. Underneath are phillips screws. Once these are out, the top of the washer should lift up from the front and let you get to the tub (and springs) underneath. If you are still having trouble. Drop me a note back.

Our gwl11 fisher paykel washer will start to fill for about 5 seconds then stops

This is either your lid switch not working or your out of balance switch the latter being located under the large motor controller board under the controll panel. That should fix it.Kind Regards Stefan.

Machine stops and will not move to next cycle--spin

Sounds like it it not recognizing that the lid is closed, could be a bad lid switch.

Fisher & paykel smart drive washing machine leaking water

If your washer is still under warranty, I would call the company and have them send someone down. If the leak is from either the drum itself or a seal then I don't think you could handle it yourself. But, first make absolutely sure that it's not from any hose connection. Tighten all the connections, especially those to the drain pump. And check the pump itself for any leaks.
