OK, after about an hour of messing with the duoglider I bought at the local baby exchange I finally figured out how to open the stroller back up. There is two grooves on the red latch. The groove that looks like your finger fits in is the one your looking for. Stick your finger in the groove and push down. The latch will snap right out. It is decieving because it looks like that red latch is screwed on both sides. I hope this helps. Any problems email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is it a side by side or a tandem (one in front, one behind)? anyhow, there should be some kind of latch lock on one of the sides. it should be a bright red color and hard to miss. locate this lock, release it, then pull the stroller open. if you are still having trouble -- email@example.com

are little finger/thumb grips right below the handles that you push
with. Not the long oval thing, that adjusts the handle height, but
little grips on front and back of the handle. On both left and right
handles. you put your index finger under front one and middle finger
under back one, (both sides at same time, use both hands) and pull UP on
them while leaning the stroller forward to fold it down, push it down
until it clicks. Note: Don't pull the release clips manually. Good Luck!
