Question about Astar LTV-3201 32 in. LCD Television
I am wondering if there is a comman capicitor or something that goes wrong with the power supply on an Astar LTV-3001. The fuse on the power supply is fine, but there was some dark liquid that was obviously ejected from something on the power supply board and started to smoke. Can I just fine a new power supply module for it? Thank you very much.

The failures on these LCD's are due to defective capacitors in the power supply. There are about 23 capacitors that will need to be replaced to restore the LCD power supply functionality. Check the picture to see where the capacitors are located, the power supply on your LCD is not the same but similar to the one on the picture just the capacitors are place in a different order.
Let me know if you required further assistance.
