Printer printing blank pages
Go through the on board print menus and print them out. If you get the menu, then you know the printer is working.
Next, disconnect the printer from the PC and print out test pages from within the menu system. This should exercise both the color and mono print cycles.
Reconnect the printer to the PC, open the driver and print a test page.
If all of the above yield printed pages then it is time to look at the application you are using.

Try printing something from the "utilities" menu. If you can print from any of the menus directly on the machine, then the issue is related to connectivity with your computer. If not, then it may be best to try a new toner cartridge.

Print quality issues can be due to clogged print cartridge nozzles. Please follow the steps below to fix the problem:
You can also try to insert a different known working cartridge to determine if it's a cartridge problem.

Tips for a great answer:
Try to re-seat the cartridges in the printer. Open the printer
cover > remove the cartridges > close the printer cover > re-brick you
printer by pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where
the power cord is plugged in, and re-plug after 10 seconds. When the printer
turns on, reinsert the cartridges and close the cover. Try to print a document
again to verify that the problem is fixed.
If that doesn't help, the problem could be due to a clogged print
cartridge nozzle. Please follow the steps below to fix print quality issues
with your model:
From the Maintenance tab, select Clean to fix horizontal streaks.
Your printer will then print a page forcing ink through to clean the print
After printing the test page, try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.
