Okay Ill be happy to help :-). Ill tell you step by step what to do. Okay go into the start bar. Click control panel. Then select the network and internet icon. Then at the bottom of the window click network connections. The next window you see will have icons that represent all different accessible internet connections. All of the icons will have the image of two computer screens. The icon that has the 2 computer screens that are blue means that your internet connection . You must right click on it and select repair. This should repair you internet connection. If not I am sorry if this doesn't work. And if it doesn't you should try downloading patches for your specific internet provider.
