Okay :-)  Id be happy to help but I need to know what kind of computer it is. Like Your category is desktop but you can't charge a desktop ( at least I think not) but if you can in some way. Your battery might be defective or it might have been charged to many times and needs to be replaced. ( if you want more info tell me specifically about your computer) :-}

I can't get the cartridge door open

Take the printer to a qualified technician for proper trouble-shooting.
Pick a "small" (owner-operated) computer-store;
if you're lucky, there won't be any charge for resolving your problem.

If it's a broadband modem (cable or dsl) reboot the modem. Also look for diagnostic lights on the modem, they will give an indication if the modem is working properly. If after rebooting the modem, you are still getting trouble lights, contact the isp provider and explain your modem is no longer working. Most isp's replace faulty modems at no charge.

When i turn my computer on, it gives two long beeps, the machine is on but the screen stays blank, as though its on sleep, what do i do?

Two long beeps is the code for memory trouble. Try removing the memory modules from their sockets. Make sure the sockets are free of dust (computers can get pretty dirty inside), using compressed air (available canned from office supply places, Wal-Mart, etc.) to blow them out if needed. Make sure the contacts on the modules are clean. You can use a pencil eraser with light pressure to clean them off. Reseat the modules firmly in their sockets. Then try restarting the computer.

If the trouble continues and you have more than one memory module in the system, try replacing them one at a time and restarting the computer to try to determine which one is causing the trouble.

If the trouble still won't go away, see if you can borrow a known good memory module from someone and try that. You might have a failed system board or multiple bad memory modules. (It can happen, and can drive you nuts when you try the "one-at-a-time" trick. I've been there!)

Hope this helps!

HI,
It might be a big or a small problem. It will not be possible to trouble shoot in a forum. If your computer is on warranty, try calling your technical support and the'll get it fixed for you. Or try calling a local technician for help...
