Question about Philips 26PW6341 26" TV
This model is renonwed for arcing from the ultar cap to ground.
please check the horizontal transistor and if short replace it, but before you turn it on first discharge the tube and then remove the ultar cap and clean both the tube contact point using wd 4o and also the cap itself. if you do want to prevent it from happening again. use some silicon to block out any future moisture collection below the cap.
if it still doesnt start then that means that the digital plug in module has been damaged.
