Question about LG Shine KE970 Cellular Phone
I think that what you should do is set the call menu... or In Call Setup...but you'll have to find something with a similar meaning to these words...because I don't know the phone, but I know that the phones have kind of the same operatory sectors, for that matter. Or you can reset the phone to the factory settings If you want... the bad thing is that you might loose any unsaved data...the phone hardware should be ok, although there are some doubds...but try what I said first, and then if it doesn't work, ask the help of a professional service.

Tips for a great answer:
1. Turn your phone on and locate the Settings menu. "Settings," scroll to "Call" select "OK" to enter the menu.
2. Scroll down to "Call Reject" and select this option.
3. Select "Call Reject List" on the next menu. Enter the ten-digit number of the person that you wish to block and confirm your selection. That number will now be blocked from you phone.
