Your disk is scratched. Call 1-800-4-myxbox and tell them you need a replacement Halo 3 disk. They will replace it for about 20-30 dollars.

Halo 3 fails to load all my content

This happens when one or more of the players does not have the map to load. This occurred often when the map packs were released but Bungie fixed it by offering all of the maps on one disc. It shipped with Halo: ODST.

For some reason i can play sierra 117. also the catch skull is mi

This sounds similar to what happened to me, except I couldn't load some multiplayer maps.

If you know someone that recently bought Halo 3,(within a week) ask him/her to return it with your defective game in the case. He/she will receive a new unopened Halo 3, and you can take your friend's recently opened copy of Halo 3.

If you don't want to be cheapskate, you can borrow Halo 3 from a friend, and save it on your hard drive. After that, you can use your defective disc just to play the game. Unfortunately, if you save it on your hard drive, it supposedly makes the game slower when searching for multiplayer matches online, and other things.

If you don't care about saving money, you could buy another copy of Halo 3.

Halo 3 matchmaking

Your NAT is not allowing people to connect to your server and you cant connect to there servers because of this. The best option is to go to your firewall programs on your computer and allow more things through your router or modem.

My halo 3 says player failed to load content

hold down the sync button and turn on your xbox (while still holding sync) untill it boots all the way. now goto settings > memory > games > halo 3 and delete all downloadable content and boot halo 3 if you get an update allow it and if everything goes well you should be able to get to campagne and eveything then redownload all downloadable content. some updates mess with the DL content and the holding of the sync while booting clears all failed updates and redownloading should reconfig the files to work wih the update. Hope this helps.

In my halo 3 it keeps telling me "players failed to load content". How do you fix it?

Ok its one of three things:
1) That player doesnt have the Content. So what I recommend is having that player go the the XBOX Live Marketplace and getting everything thats free for Halo 3 there; unless you are playing a map that costs points in which case get them too.

2) You may not have enough HDD Space to save or get the content. Maybe you need a new HDD.

3) Possibly a bad connection the game if you are playing online.

Hope this helps.

Halo 3 Update problem

I would try deleting everything off of your memory units. (Including your gamer tag) Go and restore you factory defaults on your console again without any hardrives or memory cards. Reset your console and re insert the memory unit. Go to the dashboard and recover your gamertag. Re download any mappacks you may have purchased. (Dont worry, it will be free.) Then try it all again.
