New labelwriter 400 turbo will not print under...

Hi,

I am looking for any suggestions on a new labelwriter 400 that I just installed for our secretary and for some reason after installing the Dymo software and windows 2000 recognizing the Dymo label maker will not print a label and gives no error message and the document is not stuck in the queue either. I went ahead and installed this on my work pc which is XP pro and everything works fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
