No there is not. Unfortunately those Sylvanias are throw away junk Get rid of it and pick up a used netbook with the intel atom CPU. Like a dell mini or a acer aspire one. These are more like full function laptops. on Ebay or Craigslist less tthan $100

Did you press and hold the reset button, until you get a response. It may take 30 seconds or more.

When you turn it on, as soon as the very first screen appears press F11.

Than it should take you straight to factory restore settings. P.S.

This will delete everything it so safe your stuff in Hard drives or flash drives.

i useually choose the last known good configuration ist
then repair my computer if that one don,t work

sounds like you have a defunct install of the os. check your manual for how to re install it via a recover partion or disk.

These notebooks are notorious for defects and hard drive failure. If there happens to be a remaining warranty; I would call Sylvania, and see if they will send you a new unit/hard drive.

Your Factory Image OS is corrupted. What you need is an OS Disc to load the Windows again. You can get the Disc from your Computer manufacturer.

when i power my sylvania 7 inch netbook on it says loading os image... it is frozen and i want to know how to fix the problem
