One of the message in my inbox is not getting deleted and i can neither receive messages nor send messages........please help urgently

Hi,

here is what you can try to do.
You can delete that message at the delete message option at he message menu.

If still cannot be deleted you can restore your phone to original setting.
You can locate this menu at the phone settings then Restore factory settings.
You will be ask a security code (default is 12345) and will restore your phone after.

Warning:
Restoring your phone can erase all your files save in the phones memory including the contacts.
