I don't think so. If you need to reset it just open your system and see the CMOS clear jumper just beside the HDD
port there should be three pin just change the jumper If jumper is seted
into 1-2 then you put it 2-3 now system start by default It will go
into CMOS then go to advance setup set the boot prority as first boot
device HDD0 and pree F10 to save it.
Check for power on the A/C outlet. Maybe the circuit breakers were tripped. If there is power, then the power supply installed on the computer might be surged. Replace power supply if thats the case. Normally, there's a button that says 'power' or an image of a lightbulb... you need not use the remote.
just go to computer shop ask ATX power supply for u r computer configuration or else remove the old power supply from the cabinet and take it to computer shop and show him the old one then he will provide the similar capacity Power supply

The error message "CABLE NO INSERT" refers to the lack of video signal to the LCD. To fix it you have to use a short VGA cable that connects VGA output of motherboard to VGA input of LCD. Only then you are going to see video output on LCD screen. Your other option is to connect external monitor to VGA output on motherboard. Either way you are going to see motherboard's video.
