My faxes are not printing. The error message says there is a paper mismatch and tells me to remove the transparency and press enter. Problem is, I'm not using transparencies, just normal paper. Problem started when I noticed a small, clear, rectangular plastic piece in my paper tray. I think this might be the problem, but I can't tell where to reinsert the piece. Help!

Sounds like your spot sensor is broken. It will give you this error if not working properly. It is attached to the right side of the cartridge carriage and emits a small blue light when paper is fed in to the machine. It looks at the paper and tells the machine the paper is there or in this case not there.
