Normally I would be able to provide you with a phone number but I am not sure what country you live in. If you go to www.samsung.com, it will re-direct you to your country (unless you live in the states) and click on support on top right. Then scroll down and click on contact us on the right hand side. It should provide you with a phone number. If for any reason you are in Canada, here is the phone number 1-800-726-7864. Most likely your warranty would be over and will not cover this "rash" and it would cost a lot to fix the panel. Find out a rough estimate for the cost to repair it, you are probably better off buying a new TV. You could also hire techs from your local city. But try to find one that does not charge for diagnosis. Good luck.

Hi,

According to the Element warranty cards the correct number should be: 1-888-935-8880

I cross-referenced this number, and it always came back to Element Warranty/Support department.

Turns on and of f by it self every 15 seconds


You need to call Samsung about it and tell them your Model number. I have the same problem and they say that they don't have this problem with this model only with the LCDs. Samsung dlp hl61a650 tv keeps turning on and off also smelt a burning order coming from it


You need to call Samsung about it and tell them your Model number. I have the same problem and they say that they don't have this problem with this model only with the LCDs. I have a HL61A65 it only started going thru this cycle right at 2 years. Out of warranty of course. We need more calls to them so they will pay the repair to fix the problem. I called 1800-726-7864 I am trying to get people to call them so they can fix their issues. They have a know problem with the LCD that does the same thing because of blown(under powered) capacitors.

The answer is very simple as long as your tv is under warranty and not abused. The manufacture RCA do not have the parts to your unit so therefore what they do is exchange your unit. To get your unit exchanged call them and have your serial number ready along with the model that you just posted and they will give you a return authorization number which will allow you to return it. The phone number is a 1-800 number and some of the owners manuel has a 1-877 number anyway to find the number just in case you do not have it go to www.rca.com website and put in your model number look for the owners manuel scroll down to where you see the limited warranty section and you will see that phone number. If you unit is no longer under warranty that is where you will run into a bigger problem since the parts is unavailable.

My Z50PX2D was just over 2 years old and well out of warranty when the “Pop/Blank Screen” problem struck. However, LG took great care for the situation.
I civilly called LG's customer service (very nice people… all of them). LG’s CS phone number is (877) 543-8325. After a few short phone calls (less than 5 minutes each) over 4 day period, they extended my warranty and it is currently being serviced ($0 out of my pocket).
Here are some tips on the working with LG on the “Pop” issue (this should reduce the number of phone calls needed):
- RULE #1… Be respectful to all of them, everyone I spoke to were extremely nice.
- Have the model number, serial number, date of purchase and original receipt (they will require it faxed) on hand.
- Call LG Customer Service (877) 543-8325
- They will ask how they can help: Tell them what happened to your TV and you want to see if they can extend your TV’s warranty for the “pop” problem.
- They will setup a case:
o Will ask for your information (name, address, phone, model, serial number, date of purchase)
o Will ask what the problem was (IE: watching TV, there was a loud pop from the TV and the screen went out). No need elaborate too much, they know this problem exists.
o Will ask for you to fax the receipt to their fax number (they will provide)
§ Note the case number, your name and phone number on the receipt before faxing.
- Before hanging up, ask them for the case number. This will make it easier for everyone when you call back.
- Give them about 24 hours before calling to verify they received the fax.
o If they have received the fax and applied the notes to the case, they should be able to let you know if they will extend the warranty on that call.
o If the fax was received but not yet added to the ‘Case’, give them one more day.
Hopefully you will have success in having your warranty extended.

Oh my..... I never heard anything but praise and value spoken about my TV! IT JUST WENT POP!!!!!! Video is completely gone - it's off warranty. What now a giant doorstop?????

Tv needs replacement part


Call your local TV servicer back and ask him to call
tel: 626-810-2250 customer svc to get an authorization to
repair the set under warranty. Once they get the
authorization, they should be able to order the board
or parts and effect the repair for you.

OLEVIA tV is a F#$King JOKE!!!!!.....I bought my tv in Jan and it went out 3 months after that, let me put it to you like this its Oct and i havent got my tv back to this day.

Got a case number and a tracking number that didnt make any sense. The shipping company they used didnt get paid so its been in there storage for 3 months. In some way if you have been waiting for your tv because of the shipping...Olevia is responsible for trans issue and pulling off on the shipping company.

DONT BUY A OLEVIA TV..... YOUR BETTER OFF WITH A LG!!!
