You have to check the fuser assy. If you are doing a proper reset, definatley something worng with your copier. It is not warming up, faulty sensor or heating element.

1: Push Additional functions button.
2: Push # Then + to option 7, Push SET.
3: Push + to option 4, Push SET.
4: Push YES ( - button ).
5: Unplug for 30 seconds.
