Question about Lexmark T630 Laser Printer

Printer problems User is trying to print to T630(m5200) and getting the error print driver not installed. However, the printer is networked and no one else has this problem. This occurs randomly with different users also. Any suggestions?

A 201 paper jam error indicates the paper did not reach the fuser sensor within the proper time period. This usually indicates the fuser has a problem and needs to be replaced. The part number for the fuser is 56P1333 and it is user installable. You can get one from many places online such as

My Dell M5200 printer says 900 Service and RIP Software. I have restarted it several times and checked the menu - all looks o.k., but it won't print. It sounds like it is going to and then the above...

900 RIP error message is a generic error.
In order to understand when it's coming from you have to give more information.
Does it happen when printer is printing a job from a PC, or when it just stands alone idle?
In first case it's probably a job that is generated by the driver which cannot be properly "digested" by the printer. In this case, press select and return on the OP as soon as you get the secondary code message and write it down. Then call Dell support and tell them about it.
If the printer is getting 900 RIP error when being idle, I'd recommend disconencting it from the network for a couple of days to see if the error appears. If it doesn't, then it's something from the network which is causing the problem. Perform the same procedure of collecting the secondary code and contact Dell.
If it still gives 900 RIP error when disconnecting, then it's one of the hardware part which is causing the problem. It might be an option such as a drawer, or a memory unit, or just a main board. try disconnecting one by one the options and see if the problem goes away. Whenever it comes back, collect the secondary codes.

Printer wants to print second page blank with a diamond on the t ray

that driver related problem, disconnect usb cable remove driver and restart pc. after that re install driver insert usb cable allow found new hardware run and locate driver manually.

I keep getting illegal global true type segement error when I try and print. it also says end fontheader. What do I need to do to fix this?

Try changing the font on the document that you are trying to print. If that does not work then try uninstalling the print driver and downloading a System Driver from the site. There are several types just look for the one that says PCL XL System driver. That should resolve the problem.

-try the old cartridge or a new cartridge and check if you will get the same message
-if you have the same error message it is a problem with the printer; if you the error disappears it is a problem with the cartridge; contact your manufacturer for a replacement cartridge

Status on print job says offline dell m5200

a few questions:

-Do you know this printer IP?
-Can you ping this printer?
-How many printers do you have on your network?
-Did all the printers on your network offline or just this printer?
-Did you check the network cable that connected to your printer?

-you might try to restart printer spooling service on your print server
-If your server is still functional, you might try to reinstall/set up this printer on network

Printer busy/or error

Sounds like your machine is using DHCP, not a static IP address?

Print your network settings from the Printer, then try to Ping from a computer on the network.

Check the Network setting of the machine, make sure it is set to a fixed (static) IP Address.

If this is the problem, you can go into your PC printers port and change the port to the reassigned IP Address of the machine.

If you reinstall the drivers then you will have this installed twice, one will work one will not, so delete it from the printers folder before you reinstall before you reinstall
